Today is my birthday, and Lindsey made me a Swedish birthday cake, complete with fresh fruit, homemade whipped cream and cook-it-on-the-stove pudding (yes, pudding in a cake!). It was terrific. Strawberries and blueberries on top, and then strawberries and bananas and pudding in between layers of cakey goodness!
