I just lost 215 pounds!
215lbs of tech junk that is. 215lbs of junk that is no longer cluttering up my basement, and won’t be sitting in a landfill seeping lead, mercury and other Bad Things into the ground. We got rid of three monitors, including one ultra-gigantor 70lb twenty-something inch Sun CRT monitor, four desktop PCs, two laptops, and a bunch of old palm pilots, hard drives, cell phones, and other junk.
We brought everything up to Millennium Recycling where they’ll take most of your tech trash off your hands for free (monitors cost a few cents per pound to process).
Be thee not stupid: recycle your tech trash. Mother Nature doesn’t want anything to do with it.
