Herding cats

I just found a youtube video of Jono Bacon’s talk at last year’s linux.conf.au.  He talks about building community in open source projects,  in particular the awesomeness that is the Ubuntu community.  I’ve never seen him speak before.  He does a very good job of identifying with and involving the audience.  Great talk.
