These were all treadmill runs because of all the rain and wind last week, which also meant no biking.  I’m doing more stretching beforehand and ice-down time afterwards for my knees, which has kept them from getting too sore.  It’s going to be a while before I break 20 mi / week again.  Slowly but surely…
