Jumper’s Knee
It turns out the “messed up knee” I mentioned the other day is Patellar Tendinitis, also known as Jumper’s Knee. The good news is I can still run…eventually. The bad news is this takes several weeks to heal. The ugly news is that I had planned on running my first 5K this Saturday. Ugh…

a 5 K???? Holy cow! Even just intending to do such a thing makes me proud of you.
