You should check out the May, 2005 issue of Linux Journal. Particularly page 90 where you will find an article written in part by yours truly. Along with two others from the bio group I helped write and edit an article describing our work at creating a sort of web portal to a set of paralell bioinformatics tools using free software. Check it out!
